With a name like Back to Basics, we don’t intend to confound you with pages of legalese. We will extend all of the necessary consumer protections when we sell online -- the same as we do in the real world. If there is an obvious problem with anything we’ve sent you, we’ll simply send you a replacement. If you’re not happy with any purchase made on this site, send it back explaining the problem and we’ll either replace it or refund your money – your choice.
Most of our deliveries are via Australia Post. Most of the items we send arrive within a few days. If you haven’t received your order in a reasonable time let us know and we’ll try to track the problem. Our goal is to offer quality and timely service, so whatever it takes to do that, we’ll do our best.
